Pursuant to Decision No 62/QĐ-SGDHN and 63/QĐ-SGDHN., dated on January 24^th, 2019, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has changed the Trading Regulation of listed securities of HN. HSC would like to announce some changes which will come into effect from January 24^th, 2019 as follows:

Regulation of trading Corporate Bond at HNX

• Periodic order matching
• Continuous order matching
• Put-through

3. Price

• Price unit: VND1
• No price range applied

4. Trading unit

• Order matching session: 100 bonds
• Trading unit and minimum trading unit for cross trade: 01 bond

5. Order type

• Periodic order matching: LO
• Continuous order matching: ATC, LO

Other regulations of trading corporate bond are equivalent to stock ‘s regulations.
