Foreign Individual Investor should be advised to complete the following 3 requirements prior invest securities in Viet Nam:
Apply 01 Securities Trading Code (STC) in Viet Nam. This STC is an unique number granted to each Investor.
Open a securities account at Securities company.
Open a Foreign Indirect Investment (FII) at the commercial bank which has got foreign exchage license.
Kindly refer to the below for further details:
1. For Foreign Individual Investor who hasn’t applied STC yet.
