Based on the Decision No 211/QĐ-VSD dated December 18, 2015 of Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) on promulgation of Regulation on securities clearing and settlement, replace the Decision No 28/QĐ-VSD dated March 13, 2015, Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation would like to inform you about the changes of settlement cycle as follows:

• The settlement time will be reduced from three days (T+3) to two day (T+2) effective from January 01, 2016.
• Trading activities on December 29, 30 and 31, 2015 (which still remain the old settlement cycle T+3) will be settled on January 04, 05 and 06, 2016.
• The new Regulation on securities clearing and settlement will be applied on trading activities from January 04, 2016. Therefore, January 06, 2016 will be the settlement date of December 31, 2015 and January 04, 2016, details as follows:

• Transactions executed on December 31, 2015 will be settled at 8:45 AM .
• Transactions executed on January 04, 2016 will be settled at 04:00 PM .
