Announcement of the trading system transition plan in preparation for the deployment of the new system
Dear Valued Customers,
Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (“HSC”) would like to inform you of the trading system transition plan in preparation for the deployment of the new system by the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (“HSX”), starting from 05:00 PM on April 29, 2025.
During this period, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:
- Cash Deposit/ Cash Withdrawal
- Account Opening Services: eKYC
- Trading Services: HSC ONE (Web & Mobile), HSC WinnerTrade
Note: HSC will cancel all Conditional Orders that are currently awaiting activation. Please review your Order Book accordingly.
All services will resume normal operations upon completion of the system transition. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
