Following Decree No. 70/2025/ND-CP and the Law on Value-Added Tax (VAT) No. 48/2024/QH15, the Ministry of Finance has recently issued Circular No. 77/2025/TT-BTC dated July 30, 2025, providing detailed guidance on VAT-exempt securities-related services, HSC hereby informs you of the following adjustments and updates, which include: 

1.  Update on Securities Service Fees

HSC has revised the fee schedule for certain services, with the new rates officially effective from July 31, 2025, as follows:

*Please note: Services not listed above remain unchanged and will continue to follow the current fee schedule.

2.  VAT Refund

HSC will proceed to refund VAT collected during the period from July 14, 2025 to July 31, 2025, applicable to services newly classified as VAT Exempt under the updated regulations, including:

• Stocks Market: Securities depository fee

• Derivatives Market: Collateral management fee

Details of the VAT refund will be reflected in your August 2025 account statement. Kindly review your statement for full information.
