To have a Certificate of Professional Securities Investor, please follow these instructions:
1. Applicable for: Local/ Foreign Individual and Institutional Clients who already have trading accounts with HSC.
2. Registration channels:
Directly at the Customer Services Center in HCMC and Hanoi
Through the assigned account manager
3. Service fee: Free of charge (for up to 03 copies); from the 04th copy onwards, fees will apply in accordance with HSC’s prevailing service fee schedule.

For private corporate bond buyers (effective from Jan 1, 2024): Individual holding a listed or registered securities portfolio with a minimum market value of VND 02 billion based on the average daily market value over at least 180 consecutive days prior to the date of assessment (excluding margin loans and securities used in repo transactions)

Certificate of registration for the establishment of an investment fund or confirmation of establishment registration or equivalent document issued by the competent foreign authority (if any) or the Charter, Prospectus, Trust Deed, Capital Contribution Agreement, or equivalent documents in case the competent foreign authority does not issue or confirm the registration of establishment of the investment fund in accordance with its laws.

Certificate of registration for the establishment of an investment fund or confirmation of establishment registration or equivalent document issued by the competent foreign authority (if any) or the Charter, Prospectus, Trust Deed, Capital Contribution Agreement, or equivalent documents in case the competent foreign authority does not issue or confirm the registration of establishment of the investment fund in accordance with its laws; in which it is stipulated that the organization is either a government-affiliated entity or an international financial institution.

5. The procedures:
Step 1: Provide documents for requesting the Confirmation of Professional Securities Investor, including:
Application form for Certification of Professional Securities Investor (2 copies)
Supporting documents as stated in section 4
Step 2: HSC receives and verifies the validity of documents
Step 3: HSC issues the Confirmation of Professional Securities Investor
6. Receiving the Certification of Professional Securities Investor:
