Extel is a globally recognized provider of rankings for equity research and brokerage services, building on the legacy of the Institutional Investor Rankings. The 2026 results reflect the independent views of 3,133 portfolio managers and analysts from 826 institutions.
A significant methodology enhancement was introduced this year: participating firms are now weighted based on their equity assets under management (AUM) within respective Asian markets, providing a more accurate representation of regional capital influence.
Within the Local Broker rankings across 11 Asia-Pacific markets (including Frontier Markets), HSC was ranked #1 in Frontier Markets, alongside leading regional firms.

In December 2025, HSC completed a community support program to assist residents in recovering from flood related impacts in the former Phu Yen Province. The program was implemented from December 16 to 18, 2025, at two schools in Tuy Hoa and Dong Hoa, as well as across 16 hamlets in the Tuy An Bac area.
