2016 Annual Report of HSC continued ‘the tradition’ as being highly praised in quality and transparency.

2016 Annual Report of HSC was ranked at 2nd position in the Best Annual Report and 1st place in governance session. The organizers have shared their thoughts of 2016 Annual Report of HSC as follows:

Prior to this sward, HSC has constantly praised as the corporate that possessed one of the best annual report in the whole market. In 2015, HSC’s annual report even won double prizes for Best Annual Report by HOSE and international recognition by ARC for best content.

For Corporate Governance section, according to IFC comment: 2016 HSC Annual Report has logical, systemic format and condensed content to introduce to the readers all aspects: shareholders’ structure, governance structure, Board of Director & Supervisory Board effectiveness followed the regulations Circular 155/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance. This report has also shown the international practice applied by HSC in shareholder rights and equitable treatment of shareholders; task assignment for the sub-committees of Board of Directors; independent member structure; involvement of independent member in subcommittees and the integrity/independence of Chairman and members.
