In September, northern provinces of Vietnam suffered severe damage from Super Typhoon Yagi. In the spirit of solidarity and compassion, HSC’s employees, together with the Company and its Labor Union, jointly contributed a total of VND1,084,982,000 to support communities and localities affected by the disaster.
From September 24 to 26, 2024, HSC representatives directly visited several severely affected areas to deliver support and assistance:
Nam Luc Commune, Bac Ha District, Lao Cai Province

Pa Cheo and Sang Ma Sao Communes, Bat Xat District, Lao Cai Province

HSC supported a local school site in Sang Ma Sao Commune
HSC provided relief to households in Pa Cheo Commune affected by the floods.
Minh Xuan Commune, Luc Yen District, Yen Bai Province
HSC provided support to a local school site in Luc Yen District.
With the support and guidance of local authorities, the HSC delegation delivered aid to 127 disadvantaged households to help them recover from the floods, five families who lost their homes entirely, and several schools and school sites in Luc Yen District (Yen Bai Province) and Bat Xat District (Lao Cai Province) to repair facilities and provide food supplies for students.

While HSC’s contribution may not be large, the Company believes that the collective spirit of unity and compassion among its employees will help local communities recover and rebuild their lives more swiftly after the disaster.
On October 7, 2025, HSC in collaboration with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), held an online seminar titled “Vietnam Economic Update - Macro and Financial Outlook” at HSC’s headquarters.
