Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoang Lan joined HSC's Board as an independent member in 2021. She previously served for 12 years as Vice Chair and Executive Deputy CEO of the Hanoi Stock Exchange and held senior positions at the State Securities Commission. She holds a Master’s in International Economic Relations from the Plekhannov Economic Institute (Russia).
