Ms. Hoang Thi Hong Nhung has served as a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of HSC since 2026. She brings extensive experience in investment and development within the state financial sector. She is Head of Planning and R&D at Ho Chi Minh City Finance and Investment State-owned Company (HFIC), and concurrently Chairwoman of Kenh Dong Water Supply Joint Stock Company.
