Other notes

1. Odd-lot transactions are not allowed on first trading day of new listed stocks, closed-end fund certificates, ETFs, and covered warrants or stocks which are re-traded after more than 25 days of suspension until the closing price is determined.

2. Odd-lot securities orders can only be matched with each other and not with even-lot securities orders.
