In compliance with Decree No. 70/2025/NĐ-CP issued by the Government on March 20, 2025, and the VAT Law No. 48/2024/QH15 issued by the National Assembly on November 26, 2024, HSC will implement the following updates effective July 1, 2025:

1.  Adjustment of Service Fees

Certain securities service fees will be updated to reflect the latest VAT framework. These changes underscore our commitment to regulatory transparency and operational excellence.

* Transaction fees payable to the Stock Exchange (both Stocks and Derivatives) are subject to VAT as regulated by the Exchange.

2.  Automated VAT Invoice Issuance

HSC issues VAT invoices daily for each customer, following a reconciliation of that day’s transactions. Invoices are tailored to each trading entity and applied on a daily or monthly basis, depending on the type of service fees.

To enhance accessibility, invoices are now integrated within the HSC ONE online trading platform (web version), enabling convenient retrieval and download.
