MR. TRAN QUOC TU

Mr. Tran Quoc Tu joined HSC's Board in 2021 as a representative of Ho Chi Minh City Finance and Investment Company (HFIC). He is Chief Legal Officer at HFIC and previously spent over 12 years at the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Justice. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.

Remuneration Committee

The Board Remuneration Committee was officially established in 2016. The Remuneration Committee was established with the aim of advising and proposing compensation, remuneration and benefits for the members of BoD, BoS and BoM. The committee also reviews the annual budget for staff compensation and decides on the issuance of Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) to selected employees.
