In December 2025, HSC completed a community support program to assist residents in Central Vietnam in recovering from flood related impacts in the former Phu Yen Province. The program was implemented from December 16 to 18, 2025, at two schools in Tuy Hoa and Dong Hoa, as well as across 16 hamlets in the Tuy An Bac area.

The initiative focused on post flood recovery efforts, helping stabilize local livelihoods and improve learning conditions for students in affected communities.

The total value of contributions exceeded VND 698 million, made possible through the collective support of HSC employees and the HSC Trade Union. In addition to financial assistance, HSC donated 40 upgraded computers to impacted schools, supporting teaching and learning activities for local students. The support included:

• At Le Trung Kien High School, Dong Hoa: HSC donated 20 computers, provided VND 75 million in funding for facility repairs, and awarded 12 scholarships worth VND 25 million.

• At Hoa An Secondary School, Tuy Hoa: HSC donated 20 computers and awarded 15 scholarships with a total value of VND 15 million.

• In Tuy An Bac area: HSC provided direct cash assistance totaling VND 562 million to households affected by the flooding.

• At Mang Lang Orphanage: HSC donated a refrigerator along with various gifts for children, including toys, learning supplies, and essential items, contributing to improved living and learning conditions.

All support activities were delivered directly at the local level, ensuring timeliness and transparency, while strengthening community engagement and enhancing the overall impact of HSC’s charitable initiatives.

Through this program, HSC reaffirms its commitment to sustainable development aligned with social responsibility, not only within the financial sector but also through creating positive and long term impacts for the community.
