For company’s development, we are looking for outstanding candidates for the following position at the Head Office based in Ho Chi Minh City:

Job Description

Analyzing company’s financials, performing ratio analysis, forecasting the financials, assessing industry and macroeconomics trends with an objective of making stock investment recommendations for institutional clients

• Property Sector: Initiate and maintain primary/ secondary coverage of multiple stocks in the Property/Real Estate/Infrastructure and Construction sector as agreed with Sector Head.
• Responsible, under direct supervision, for data collection, statistical studies and research for individual companies and their securities.
• Maintain industry databases, charts, graphs, and financial models.
• Support senior analysts in analyzing and writing reports
• Use detailed financial models and financial statements to evaluate corporate performance and value shares and other securities.
• Write frequent equity research reports and presentations, including company and sector reports and updates on issues affecting the industry.
• Present findings to institutional sales and investment clients across the world; support clients in contacting companies and arrange company visits for clients. 
• Maintain relationships with companies’ management, clients, and industry experts.
• Support Investment Banking information requests and company projects.
• Other duties as assigned by Sector head or Head of Research Division

Qualification

• Have good knowledge and experience about Financial Accounting, Financial Modeling Techniques/Valuations and Legal / Securities Regulatory requirements

• Knowledge of Financial/ Energy industry is preferred respectively for each coverage; knowledge of macroeconomics and fixed income also a plus.

• MBA/CFA/CPA certificate is an advantage.

• Strong analytical abilities in modeling and forecasting of corporate earnings and balance sheets, including advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Excellent professional writing skills in English; ability to communicate investment findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.

• Ability to work under high pressure intensity and time limit.

• Securities Professional Certificates … is desirable

Educational 

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Commerce, Banking, Economics

Experiences 

• Experience in Fund Management, Investment Banking, Institutional Research & Sales, Commercial Banking, or Auditing would be strong advantages.
