HSC – “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024” – Honored by HR Asia

Ho Chi Minh City, August 8, 2024 – Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HSC) has just been recognized by HR Asia magazine as one of the "Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024". This year's award honors 130 companies in Vietnam for their excellent human resources policies and practices, contributing to the creation of dynamic and diverse work environments. This is the second consecutive year that HSC has received this prestigious award.

In 2024, with the theme "The Definitive Z Choice - Embracing the New Era with Gen Z", the HR Asia Awards focused on the challenges and opportunities presented by the rise of the Gen Z workforce. Companies were recognized for their outstanding and effective HR policies and practices, demonstrating a strong commitment to developing a dynamic and diverse work environment.

Ms. Nguyen Linh Lan, Chief Human Resources Officer of HSC, shared: “Being recognized as one of Asia's Best Companies to Work for is a significant milestone in our journey to build a healthy and cohesive work culture. According to HR Asia's survey results, all of HSC's employee engagement indices have significantly increased compared to last year, which is a testament to our relentless efforts.”
