Ho Chi Minh City, May 11, 2026 – Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HSC) has been named “Best Institutional Broker in Vietnam” at the Alpha Southeast Asia Best FI Awards 2026.
The award recognizes excellence in institutional brokerage services based on criteria including market share, institutional client servicing capabilities, research quality, capital markets distribution capabilities, trading infrastructure, and connectivity with international capital flows.
During the review period, HSC maintained its position among the Top 5 brokerage firms on HOSE, with market share reaching 6.5% in 2025 and increasing to 7.3% by the end of Q1 2026. In the institutional segment, HSC remained one of the leading brokers for foreign investor trading activity in Vietnam. Institutional brokerage revenue recorded a CAGR of 47% over the 2023–2025 period, reaching VND596 billion in 2025, up 61% year-on-year.
Supported by an advanced trading platform, direct connectivity to international trading networks, and an experienced institutional sales team, HSC has become a trusted partner for investors in transactions involving foreign ownership limit (FOL) stocks, particularly within the blue-chip segment. The Company is also among the pioneers in implementing non-prefunding solutions in Vietnam, contributing to improved capital efficiency for institutional investors.
In the capital markets space, HSC participated in the distribution of several major transactions, including the US$425 million IPO of Techcom Securities. HSC acted as Lead IPO Advisor and SoleBookrunner for Institutional Investors. The transaction was among the largest IPOs in Vietnam in recent years.

HSC has announced its financial results for the first quarter of 2026, with total revenue reaching VND 1,280 billion, up 48% year-on-year. Profit before tax amounted to VND 363 billion, representing a 28% increase compared to the same period in 2025.
