HCMC, 18 Jan 2022, Ho Chi Minh City Securities Company (HSC) (HOSE: HCM) continues to be honored in “Top 50 Vietnam’s Best Performing Companies 2020-2021”, selected by Nhip Cau Dau Tu magazine.
This is a prestigious ranking in Vietnam with the consultation of leading economic and business experts from Harvard Business School, reference from prestigious world rankings such as Bloomberg Businessweek, Fortune, Forbes. Global…. with objectives:
• To evaluate and rank the listed companies with remarkable achievements in their fields of business through key financial indicators.
• To encourage companies to pursue better corporate governance and strategic thinking, in order to foster sustainable growth.
• To recognize the business leaders who has demonstrated long-term vision and creative thinking.
To objectively assess the management capacity of enterprises, TOP50 evaluates businesses’ results of three consecutive fiscal years, based on three indicators: revenue, return on equity (ROE) and earnings per share (EPS).
This time is the 8th consecutive year that HSC Being honored at this award. This is also a testament to HSC's efforts to maintain its position as a leading and trusted financial institution in the industry.
On 2 October 2026, Johan Nyvene, Chairman of HSC, joined “𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦: 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐄𝐫𝐚”, held as part of The 31st Asia Securities Forum Annual General Meeting in Hanoi.
HSC has been recognized in the PRIVATE 100 – Top 100 Largest Private Taxpayers in Vietnam, and ranked among the Top 5 securities companies with the largest contributions to the State budget nationwide.
HSC announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2026, reporting total revenue of VND 1,172 billion, up 39% year-on-year. For the first six months of 2026, total revenue reached VND 2,452 billion while profit before tax amounted to VND 704 billion, representing year-on-year increases of 44% and 35%, respectively.
