MR. LE HOANG ANH

Mr. Le Hoang Anh has served as a non-executive Board member of HSC since 2016. He is Chief Representative of Dragon Capital Management (HK) Limited in Ho Chi Minh City and previously held various senior roles within Dragon Capital. Earlier in his career, he worked at the HCMC Department of Planning and Investment and NLN Trading Company in Hungary. He holds a PhD in Economics.

Remuneration Committee

The Board Remuneration Committee was officially established in 2016. The Remuneration Committee was established with the aim of advising and proposing compensation, remuneration and benefits for the members of BoD, BoS and BoM. The committee also reviews the annual budget for staff compensation and decides on the issuance of Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) to selected employees.
