MSCI recently announced the results of its August 2025 review for the MSCI Frontier Markets Index, one of the most important indices for frontier markets. In this rebalancing, HCM's stock has officially been added to the MSCI Frontier Markets Index, an index representing frontier markets that is highly regarded by international investors for its growth potential.
HCM's inclusion in the MSCI Frontier Markets Index opens up opportunities to access international capital, enhances the liquidity of its shares, and boosts its reputation in the global financial market. This also reflects the continued development of Vietnam's stock market and growing interest from international financial institutions in Vietnamese companies.
As of July 2025, the MSCI Frontier Markets Index includes around 238 stocks from various countries, with Vietnam accounting for approximately 26.11%, marking significant interest from global investors.
This is a positive sign that reflects the increasing recognition and appreciation of HCM's stock and Vietnam's economy by international financial institutions.
